(a) Squad Rules

1) The minimum age for [TDS] is 16yrs.

2) Cheating & map Exploits in any form will not be tolerated. Any member found to be cheating or using map exploits will be kicked from the squad and their name & ip will be shared with anti-cheat sites and other squads.

3) All squad members must wear the [TDS] tags at all times. Players will be warned of their conduct, then kicked if repeat offending. Alias names only permitted to council members for server surveillance matters.

4) All members MUST have a working Microphone. Failure to have a working microphone will result in a warning, then kicked if repeat offending.

5) All members are required to be on Ventrilo whilst playing in the [TDS] Game Servers between 6pm & 12pm UK Time.
If you are not on ventrilo whilst playing, you will be warned & kicked if repeat offending.
There are exceptions to this rule : ie: If you are playing 30 minutes or less. If you are babysitting, if you have guests & if family members are sleeping.

6) If you are a member of [TDS] you are not permitted to be a member of another squad.
The Council may grant permission if [TDS] do not support the game you wish to play as long as it does NOT conflict with your commitments to [TDS]

7) Abuse WILL NOT be tolerated in [TDS]. Any form of insults, sexist, racism, or any form of slander made to another player will result in disciplinary action being taken by the Council.
Please respect other players we are all here to have fun.

8) As a [TDS] member you are expected to uphold the reputation of the squad. This includes conduct in the [TDS] servers AND other squad servers / forums
do NOT talk back to offensive players negatively. Any typing of WTF, BS, etc will not be tolerated. Please Rise above their derogatory comments

9) All [TDS] members are required to have an active role in forums to ensure they are up to date with all squad issues.

10) Members should commit to a minimum of 15 hours per month in the [TDS] server. This is equivellent to 30 minutes per day.
If you fail to meet the 15 hours, then you will be given the next month to meet this requirement. Failure to meet the criteria after this time may result in your removal

11) All [TDS] members must inform a Council member if they are not going to be Online for more than 7 days. Match players must inform their Match CO if they are not going to be around for more than 3 days.
If you do NOT inform a council member of your inactivity, you will be placed on the Inactive list after 2 weeks. You will be removed after 4 weeks.
If you are inactive regardless if you have informed us for more than 8 weeks, you will be removed from the squad. (exceptions can be granted for certain reasons)

12) All members must keep their contact details updated & current. This includes email address, xfire, MSN etc.

13) Any member wishing to leave [TDS] must inform a council member right away IN WRITING via Email or PM.
Tags must be removed immediately. All ex members are welcome into the server and website unless they have been banned.

14) Honorary members may come back into the squad as FULL members at the councils discretion & review.
Only members that have left the squad can be granted Honorary status at the councils discretion.
Honorary members must remove their tags unless they have re-joined as full members.

15) Use of Scroll Wheel and/or Macros for "auto fire" will not be tolerated. Use of such will result in a kick, warning & ban if persistant usage!

16) The council reserve the right to change the rules at any time.

(b] Match Player Rules

1) Match player rules are to be following in conjunction with the main squad rules

2) Players must play a minimum of 20 hours per month in the [TDS] server.

3) You must sign up as a Yes No or Maybe on VWAR. You must sign up no later than 24 hours before the match to be considered.

Yes = 90% +
No = Cant make it
Maybe = if you are unsure if you can play. You must confirm as a YES no later than 6 hours before the match to be eligable.
Priority is given to members who have stated YES intially.

4) Failure to show for a match you have signed up for will result in the following punishments :

1 game = warning
2 games = 1 match ban
3 games = Removed from match squad till further notice.
If a member doesnt show that results in the team having to forfeit or play a man short, you will receive a 2 match ban.
Bans are dished out at the Match CO's discretion at a time to be determined.

5) You must be on ventrilo no later than 30 minutes before the match time. You may be afk for 15 minutes prior, if you have informed the match CO you will be afk.
If you have not logged into ventrilo at this time, you will lose your place in the team.

6) Match players should make an effort for training nights. Players that turn up for training etc may be granted preference over players that dont unless you have a genuine reason for not attending.

7) The Match CO's team choice is final. They have the right to play / leave out whoever they wish.

8) Players are NOT permitted to type during a match (other than ns, gg, hf etc etc) The Match CO is the only player allowed to respond in the match server.
You will be given a match ban punishment (to be decided upon severity of conduct) by your Match CO.
Remember that it is [TDS]'s reputation at stake. If you have problems with a squad, The wait til AFTER the match to report the issue.

9) Players MUST use Xray anti cheat & Demos whilst playing OFFICIAL league matches. Failure to use Xray or provide demos upon request will result in Match Bans (to be decided upon severity of offense)

10) NO recruits are permitted to play in an official match.

(c) SERVER RULES

1) All players MUST speak in English only.

2) Recruiting in the [TDS] server is not allowed and will result in a ban.

3) Cheating & Glitching in any form is not allowed. Anyone found cheating or Glitching will be banned from all [TDS] servers and their details submitted to anti-cheat sites.

4) Admins will issue a warning, If the warning is ignored, then the player will be kicked. repeat offences may result in a ban. The following are kickable offenses :

a) Grenade Launchers or RPG's.
b) Racist / offensive / abusive / annoying chat.
c) Glitching / Cheating
d) Accusing a player of cheating / glitching without proof (Proof to be submitted on the [TDS] forums in the form of demos & screenshots).
e) Whining about "lag"
f) Whining about "camping"
g) Whining about "hopping"
h) Whining about a players Loadout
i) Rude & offensive Game-names will not be tolerated. Players must change their name to something none offensive.

You will be given the following punishments for Server Abuse :

1st Time Use : Warning
2nd Time Use : Kicked for 30 minutes
3rd Time Use : Kicked for 999 Minutes

5) You may be kicked to make way for a [TDS] member or donator if the server is full.

6) You will be kicked if your ping is over 150ms

7) Donators will be given the "private slot" password for the server. Password is changed monthly. No Donation, No Password.

(d) Invitation & Recruit Rules

1) Only Council & Recruitment officers can invite players.
[TDS] Full members are encouraged to look out for potential recruits, & inform a council member/ recruitment officer.

2) The Player MUST have a Minimum score ratio of 15 per minute to be eligable.

3) [TDSr] Tags must be worn by all recruits

4) The recruit must spend 20 Hours in the [TDS] server BEFORE being eligable to become a recruit.

5) You must have a working microphone & spend Time on Ventrilo to get to know the squad members. No Ventrilo or Microphone then no membership.

6) Registration to the forums must be done before Application. You then must keep up to date with current events on the forums.

7) The Recruit period will last between 2 - 4 weeks (starting from your welcome post on the forums)
You have this time to prove your commitment & attitude towards the squad & its members.

8) [TDS] have the right to terminate a recruits trial at any time.

(e) TD S Club Junior RULES :

1) Players are only eligable if their parent is a Full member within [TDS]

2) As a full member & parent.. YOU are responsible for your childs actions on the server & on ventrilo.

3) There should be NO typing ingame etc. other than the usual.. gg, ns etc

4) There should be NO ventrilo spamming. This means that we dont want constant talking etc. Interaction in general chat with members is good & encouraged.. but spamming, screaming & crying is not acceptable.

5) Swearing : We are an adult based squad, so swearing will occur. so plz beware of some language on ventrilo.

6) Junior members should wear the junior tag [TDSjr]
